Launched the company in 1992. Knows cars. Knows people. Likes customers to drive away happy.

Tries to recapture his lost youth by pulling on motorcycle leathers and cruising around East Anglia on his Motto Guzzi Norge 1200.

Has recently taken to gardening in a big way too – proving that no amount of motorcycling will keep you young forever.

Loves curry, theatre and live music. Tries to keep pace with his sons Shaun and Liam (below).

Shaun – King of CleanMotto: "Hit the road Jack"

Oversees the specialist valeting bay. Makes pre-owned cars look like new – inside and out. (Check them out for yourself)

Into bikes as well as cars. Rides his White Suzuki GSXR K8 600cc at every opportunity. Likes his freedom.

Also into Snow Boarding – a real adrenaline junkie – and seeks out the best snow in Austria.

Plays indoor league football with his mates twice a week at Lowestoft. Does he ever sleep?

Liam – Forecourt FanaticMotto: "Chill"

Maintains a tidy forecourt with rows of freshly leathered cars – especially the roofs. (Well, at 6ft 5ins they’re easy for him to reach)

And all that 'wax on – wax off' is great for building up his physique for playing Squash. Enjoys representing Beccles men’s team and playing at County level.

Likes a set of four wheels beneath him and dreams of driving a Ferrari Enzo. (Yeh, right)

Into music. Hip Hop, R&B and 80’s. Cool dude.

Christine – Queen of CoordinationMotto: "Go for it"

Wife and business partner to Dom, mother and chief 'chaser up' of Shaun and Liam.

Works behind the scenes and brings a woman's touch to the company.

Likes to spend time with daughter Shelley and granddaughters Shannon and Crystal in Essex. (Surely you’re too young to be a Gran, Chris?)

Enjoys retail therapy at Lakeside, Bluewater, Oxford Street, Norwich – well, anywhere there are shops really.

Bernie – Odd JobMotto: "Let's Rock"

Dom’s brother. (We told you it’s a family affair)

Travels the country running his own business consultancy but helps out at WMC when needed – especially at holiday times.

Likes to let off steam by playing lead guitar in a band. Ear plugs anyone?

Maria – Number TumblerMotto: "Stay balanced"

Handles the accounts, sorts the paperwork and balances the books. Just like that.

O.K. so Maria is not strictly family – but she feels like family. And of course she has a family of her own to look after - which is why we only chain her to the desk on a part time basis.
